By accessing or using Orbotrade ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Orbotrade ("we", "us", "our").
Orbotrade is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated cryptocurrency trading bots. The Service includes access to pre-built trading bot strategies with configurable parameters, connection to supported cryptocurrency exchanges via API keys provided by the User, a dashboard for monitoring trading activity and performance, and performance data and analytics.
Orbotrade provides a software license for automated trading tools. We are not registered as, and do not operate as, an investment advisor, broker-dealer, asset manager, or any type of financial services provider. The Service does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advisory service.
You acknowledge that: all trading is executed on your own exchange account using your own funds; you maintain full control of your funds at all times; we never have custody of or direct access to your funds; we only access your exchange account through trade-only API keys with no withdrawal permissions; and you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency trading. It is your responsibility to determine whether using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
When you connect an exchange account, you provide API keys that grant Orbotrade limited access to execute trades on your behalf. You agree to only provide trade-only API keys with no withdrawal permissions, not hold Orbotrade responsible for any issues arising from improperly configured API keys, and revoke API access at any time through your exchange settings if desired. We store API keys using encryption. We recommend rotating your API keys periodically.
Orbotrade offers the following plans: Explorer (Free) with limited access and no credit card required; Trader ($29/month) with expanded access and additional features; and Portfolio ($99/month) with unlimited access and all features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Past performance of any trading bot or strategy is not indicative of future results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Orbotrade makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the profitability or performance of any bot or strategy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbotrade shall not be liable for: any trading losses, including losses from bot execution, market conditions, exchange outages, or API failures; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; or any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or exchange. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Orbotrade in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbotrade, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.
We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
All trading strategies, algorithms, software code, and content on Orbotrade are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
